Once you have performed your search, you can apply filters to narrow down your search results based on your preference-such as price, location type, and certain features. Additionally you can change the sort sequence from the default order. For example, you can sort by price from low to high.
If you want to focus on a certain area to stay, you can also use the map by zooming in and out. To see the property on the map, click the purple pin to view information about the property.

You can see all your booking  information  in your User Account. If you need to cancel your booking you can do this in your User Account.

If you can’t find answer to your question, you need to send a message to the host from your guest account inbox.

 

In your User Account you can access important information about your booking such as:

  • The host’s contact  information and Contact Owner form.
  • The cancellation policy for your reservation.
  • The address of the rental.
  • Essential stay details such as Wi-Fi , Access/Door codes etc.

Some information is not immediately available after booking. If a host has not provided any details, use Contact Owner form to contact them with your questions.

A User Account allows you to save and reference useful rental information on our site. If you do not already have an account at the time of booking, you will be prompted to create one. After completing your stay, you can log in to User Account to submit a property review.

Why should I confirm my identity?

Confirming your identity helps builds trust in the community and increases the likelihood that your booking request is accepted by notifying hosts that you are a verified guest.

Will I have to confirm my identity more than once?

We recommend that you create a User Account and log in prior to sending a booking request to ensure that you do not need to confirm your identity more than once.

What type of information do I need to confirm my identity?

To confirm your identity, we may ask you verify information, such as your first and last name, email address, mobile phone number, physical address and Scan ID informations.

What information is shared with host?

We value your privacy. Once confirmed, hosts will simply see that you are a verified guest. Like all booking request, after your request is accepted, your basic contact information (i.e email, phone) is shared with the host so that you may keep in contact regarding your trip.

Do I have to confirm my identity in order to use the site or book a property?

It is not required for you to confirm your identity in order to use the site or book a property. However, confirming your identity helps build trust with host so that your booking request are more likely to be accepted.

A property is online bookable when it lists Book Now or Instant Booking on the listing, and can be submitted for stay dates in the future.

  1. Navigate to the online bookable property you want to reserve.
  2. Check the availability dates.Enter check-in and check-out dates.
  3. From the drop down boxes select the number of guests in the rental party.
  4. Click Book Now or Instant Booking.
  5. Wait for Host reply. You and the host will receive notification email about the booking.
  6. You will receive notification email from owner when the booking is approved. Check Reservation in your User Account for invoice issued by Owner.

If you booked on a property that indicates Instant Booking, you will receive an instant notification that your booking is confirmed without having to wait for the host to accept.

We try our best to ensure hosts honor their confirmed reservations, but we understand that in some situations, a host may need to unexpectedly cancel.

If you find yourself in this situation, we recommend you first attempt to communicate with the host to determine the reason for the cancellation. It’s possible there was a misunderstanding that can be resolved with them directly. The host contact information can be found in Reservation on the booked property.

If this is an emergency and the host is unavailable, or your reservation has been canceled within 24 hours of your stay, please contact customer support as soon as possible by clicking Contact Us to get in touch with someone from our team.

If the property is significantly different from the one depicted in the listing, you should first contact the host to make them aware of your concerns. Often times, complaints can immediately resolved if they aware of the issue. As a second step, write a review. Reviews have far greater visibility to other guests, typically are more helpful, and give hosts the chance to respond.

If you are unable to reach the host during your stay please contact customer support by clicking Contact Us.

We do recommend that hosts reply to all messages from guests within 24 hours. If your booking has been confirmed and your stay is more than 24 hours away it may take the host slightly longer to get back to you.

You may find the host’s contact details by logging into Reservation and selecting your booking property. You may see the option to message the host.

If your query is urgent and the host is not responding to email, we recommend that you contact them directly by phone  if they have provided a number. If the host does not answer the first time you try to call, we recommend that you leave a voice mail if possible and try to call again later.

If you have not been contacted by the host and you are due to check into the property in less than 24 hours, please contact customer support team and we will try to contact the host on your behalf.

Listings come down from our site for a variety of reasons such as expiration, seasonality,renovation, booked calendar etc.

If you have already booked your reservation and you need to contact the host for any reason, contact details will be accessible within Reservation of your account. If you have not booked, it would be best to look into other properties in the area with similar amenities. 

If your reservation is affected by natural disaster such as flood, storm etc. and you need immediate assistance finding alternative accommodations, please contact us.

If you haven’t left for your destination yet,and unsure is it’s safe to travel to, please contact the host. You can access your User Account for important reservation details including how to contact the host.

If you plan to host an event or gathering at a vacation rental, make sure to search for properties that  allow events before you book. You can find details in the house rules in the property.
Tips for planning an events:

  • Search for property that allow events.
  • Check the property house rules for guidelines and restrictions.
  • Discuss your plan with the host and get approval before booking.
  • Follow local ordinances on noise and gathering size.
  • Ensure that your event and guests don’t disrupt the neighborhood.
  • Avoid trespassing on neighboring properties.
  • Park in approved areas. Avoid blocking driveways or entrances.
  • Clean and maintain the property according to the house rules.

 

While we are committed to providing you a comfortable place to gather with your friends and loved ones, we ask that you follow the host’s house rules and be a good neighbor during your stay. Guests who break house rules or our policies may not be able to book on our site in the future.
